The Big Ear Iphone case

This is great, it is designed only for the iphone 4 and was available online at www.achica.com, it is sold out right now but that does not exclude it from this blog, i'm guessing it's hard to fit in a pocket but my god it is cool!

King Porter Stomp at Telford's Warehouse

King Porter Stomp are an eight piece band from Brighton, their music has elements of swing, jazz, funk, reggae, ska and much more. I can honestly say that this gig was one of the best I have seen in years. The venue was Telford's Warehouse in Chester, the tour is to promote the release after the summer of the band's second album, The Shuffle. Headphones will give you a better audio experience. Enjoy!

The Leap. control your computer with your hands.

This is awesome, I have to have one of these!!

Leap represents an entirely new way to interact with your computers. It's more accurate than a mouse, as reliable as a keyboard and more sensitive than a touchscreen. For the first time, you can control a computer in three dimensions with your natural hand and finger movements.

Remee, the Lucid Dreaming Mask

This is just amazing, I have to have one of these. Lucid dreaming, the ability to control your dreams, to shape what you will do and where you will go when you dream, I do this from time to time, this mask claims to help you do this more often. It is a kickstarter project and is well overfunded so this will happen, awesome! Keep an eye out for these badboys. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1047510073/remee-the-rem-enhancing-lucid-dreaming-mask?ref=search

Featured Photo-essay: Moroccan Market Traders by Andrew Duggan

This photo-essay brings together two things which fascinate me; markets, especially meat and fish markets abroad, and Morocco. These images were all created in one trip but focus on markets other than the obvious Moroccan souks. These are markets where the local people go for their everyday food needs, where the type of meat for sale is advertised by the placement of a relevant head for the locals who cannot read.

Leica M9-P in White

This little beauty is known in some circles as the unicorn, appropriate as there will only ever be 50 of them and they will all sell in Japan.
Anyone who knows me knows I am obsessed with all things photographic but also with all things Leica, so if you have an extra 38,000 us dollars, feel free to grab one of these for me, I'll swap it for one of my kidneys.
This is so beautiful but I can't help thinking that it would have been even more beautiful with the Leica red dot on the front like the older white M8 had, but that's just me.

Featured Photographer: Lee Jeffries

Lee Jeffries is a forty year old accountant from Bolton who started photographing football but due to a chance meeting with a homeless girl in London, started to photograph the homeless he found on the streets. His images are very detailed and exude character and emotion, a couple of his images are included here but I recommend taking a look at his Flickr stream.

Banksy CCTV mobile

This fantastic mobile was inspired by Banksy's CCTV painting, it is an awesome mobile for the kids while at the same time making a political statement, hey, maybe you could put real cameras in there, keep an eye on what they're doing. The best thing about this mobile is that you don't buy it, you make it yourself, the instructions are here.
